Fluxee acts as a directory and listing service for Fluxer-related communities, bots, and themes. We provide a platform for users to discover and promote third-party content. We are not directly affiliated with Fluxer.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must authenticate using your Fluxer account to submit listings or interact with features.
• You are solely responsible for any content (listings, descriptions, tags, and images) you submit.
• You represent that you have the right to promote the community, bot, or theme that you are listing.

4. Content Moderation & Takedowns

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any listing at any time for any reason, particularly if it violates our Community Guidelines or contains illegal, malicious, or highly inappropriate content. By submitting content, you grant us the right to display and format your submission publicly on Fluxee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fluxee does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the safety of the communities, bots, or themes listed on our platform. You access third-party links and resources at your own risk. In no event shall Fluxee or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
